Ilham Nur Utomo, M.Hum is an assistant professor in the History Study Program, Faculty of Humanities, Diponegoro University. He earned his master’s degree in history from the Diponegoro University Master of History Program. His research interests are Indonesian history, particularly 20th-century social history. He is currently researching the social and economic life of the people of Java during the 1930s Economic Depression. His works have been published in reputable national and international journals.
